What is a company secretary?
The company secretary is a senior position appointed by the directors. The role is to liaise with directors and shareholders, and to communicate with the government and regulators (such as the Companies Registry, the Inland Revenue Department, the SFC and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) to ensure the company complies with the law.

Duties:

- Coordinate accounts and the preparation and issuance of reports.
